To cultivate a Christ-centered, multigenerational community where no one is defined by their past, where faith is accessible beyond traditional church walls, and where wounded lives are restored, gifts are awakened, and individuals are equipped to transform their families and communities.
We envision a movement of believers who worship authentically, study Scripture deeply, create boldly, serve compassionately, and make room for those who have never felt they belonged.
OUR MISSION
Church of the Outcast™ exists to creatively reach those who have been overlooked, rejected, wounded, or disconnected, revealing the transforming love of Jesus Christ through authentic community, biblical teaching, personal restoration, creative expression, and compassionate service.
We are a church without walls, building spaces where people from every generation and walk of life can encounter God, ask difficult questions, discover their identity, heal from life's wounds, and grow in purpose.
SIMPLE MESSAGE
We believe the church should not simply be a place people attend. It should be a community where people are seen, heard, loved, discipled, and equipped to walk in their God-given purpose.
We do not believe transformation requires pretending the wounds never happened. We believe the love of Christ can meet us in those wounded places and begin the work of healing, renewing, and restoring our lives.
OUR HISTORY

In 2022, Apostle Sandy Love founded Church of the Outcast™ with a burden for people who had grown fearful of church, wounded by ministry, or disconnected from the very places where they once sought hope and healing. She understood that not everyone who had walked away from church had walked away from God. Some were simply tired of being misunderstood. Others carried the weight of rejection, disappointment, spiritual wounds, and unanswered questions. Many still loved God but were afraid to trust the church again. Church of the Outcast™ was created to reach those people.
What began as a simple online church became a safe space where individuals could encounter God without the pressure of traditional church expectations. Through small-group Bible studies affectionately called “Cyphers,” Apostle Love and her team created opportunities for people to explore Scripture, ask difficult questions, share their experiences, and grow in faith. Rather than requiring everyone to fit into one particular setting, participants were invited to choose the Cypher where they felt most comfortable connecting and learning. There was no expectation to pretend that life was perfect. No requirement to have every answer. Just an invitation to come, listen, learn, heal, and discover that God had never stopped loving them.
In 2026, God Spoke Again.
After years of reaching people through virtual ministry, Apostle Love sensed a new instruction from God: “It's time to bring My people together.”
But this calling was about more than gathering people into a physical space. It was about restoring something many had lost along the way: community, connection, trust, and the courage to belong again.
God impressed upon her heart a message that would become central to this next chapter:

The wounded are not forgotten.

The rejected are not disqualified.

The overlooked are not invisible.

Those who have been hurt by people representing God are not beyond the reach of His love.
This renewed assignment marked a new season for Church of the Outcast™—a movement beyond the screen and into authentic, life-giving community.
