THE FOUNDER

Apostle Sandy Love is the visionary founder of PIT University (Prophets in Training), a prophetic ministry and outreach school in Cedar Hill, Texas. With a heart for service and a life rooted in faith, she is both a military veteran and a veteran dependent of over 20 years. Her journey has been one of faithfulness, loyalty, commitment, and, above all, compassion.

The mission of Apostle Sandy Love’s ministry is to feed the soul and spirit above the flesh, bringing forth healing, restoration, and love through divine truth and prophetic insight. With a bold yet deeply compassionate approach, she ministers to individuals and communities, cities, and nations—calling for a spiritual return to righteousness, unity, and love.

As a licensed and ordained apostolic-prophetic voice, Apostle Sandy Love leads with urgency and clarity, wasting no time on idle words. Her ministry is experienced powerfully—one vessel at a time—with an unwavering commitment to God's heart and purpose. PIT University is among the first prophetic schools centered on the governmental office of the prophet, equipping and activating believers to move in spiritual authority and alignment.

Apostle Love carries a rare mantle for geopolitical intercession and spiritual strategy, addressing global and moral issues with prophetic insight and apostolic wisdom. Her voice is not only a call to action, but a call to healing—a divine urging for justice, mercy, and a restoration of integrity within the prophetic.

CORE MISSION

Church Of The Outcast Revolution (COTOC) is called to love God's people! Love empowers and beckons men to return to their God and learn of Him. Church Of The Outcast Revolution (COTOC) challenges the hearts of men to crave their creator and be prepared to listen to God's instructions.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Church Of The Outcast (COTOC) believes in the one living and true God, eternally (John 17:3), existing in perfect unity as three equally and fully divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19-20). Each member of the Godhead, while executing distinct but complementary roles in redemptive history, each member of the Godhead has precisely the exact nature, attributes, and being and is equally worthy of the same glory, honor, and obedience (John 1:1-4; Acts 5:3-4).
